Khrystyne was raised in Texas and completed her bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology at Texas State University-San Marcos. Since she was a child, she has always had an interest in animals and nature. Throughout her career, she has been fortunate to work with sea turtles in Costa Rica, Texas, and Ghana, as well as manatees in Florida. She has since transitioned out of the field and into environmental education to spread awareness about the plight of wildlife in their natural spaces and how everyone can help ensure their survival for future generations.
In her spare time, Khrystyne enjoys paddling, camping with her dogs, and exploring any new trails she can find.
